Plzeň - Vývoj lokomotivy řady 380/109 E probíhá na plné obrátky. V současné době se dokončuje konstrukční dokumentace posledních uzlů a celků. Prakticky je dokončen vývoj hrubé stavby skříně (dále jen HSS).
